Stephen Ng'ang'a
My name is Stephen Ng'ang'a though, I mostly go by Steve. I am a Customer Success Advocate currently working with Webflow as a Technical Support Specialist in EMEA. As such, my time during the day is spent helping our customers with any technical issues they may be having when using our platform to build websites and supporting colleagues. By night, I spend most of my time keeping abreast with the latest in Web Development, learning about airplanes or creating the odd banner in Affinity Designer.
I have always believed in technology. I believe that it can be used to drive change and improve greatly on service delivery. However, more often than not, we have great technology but know very little of how to maximise it's usefulness. To bridge this divide, we need to have more sentinels that translate - where needed - how to make the best use of our technologies. My passions are in assisting people overcome technical issues and proper system logic design with the aim of translating the same into better user experience.
